convenient stay near amenities
quick check-in convenient location comfortable bed
the check-in process was quick and easy. the hotel features a convenient location near multiple restaurants. i enjoyed the nearby water park (wild wild wet was quite fun for both adults and kids). the quad share room had comfortable beds and a decent-sized fridge.
the balcony door did not close properly, i reported this. the staff told me to avoid opening the right door (only the left).

the hotel has proximity to a shopping center (i could conveniently purchase necessities). the hotel is relatively close to the airport. the proximity to a beautiful park by the sea is a plus.

the front desk staff was friendly. the hotel provides a complimentary shuttle to the metro from the mall. i liked the assistance i got with a room change. the staff helped me with my luggage storage.

clean room spacious room convenient trip
My stay included complimentary access to the nearby Wild Wild Wet park (which was a nice perk). I found the room was clean and spacious. The hotel's proximity to the airport.

adequate for a water park visit, but room shortcomings
room cleanliness lack of furniture
the location next to the shopping complex worked ok.
The room felt pretty bare. cleanliness wasn't great for such a empty space. I expected more. it felt more like a place for a quick trip to the water park, not really a vacation spot.

awesome stay near the park!
spacious room shopping center pasir ris park morning walk
the room was spacious and clean. i really liked being so close to the shopping center. It made everything so easy. pasir ris park is super close too, it was great to go for a morning walk.
the elevators were a bit slow sometimes, but it was a minor issue.

fantastic stay near the airport
spacious room easy access friendly staff
The room was spacious and i could conduct group activities. the bbq pit was easy to access, i really enjoyed it. the location is near ehub, thus getting items was very convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful too.
the air conditioning was a bit noisy! though it worked ok.
